Ipcop User Authentication GUI

IPCUA-GUI is a little frontend to reconfigure a IPCOP firewall with installed IPCUA service.

The IPCUA service is an addon which allows you to define rules on the IPCOP firewall for specific users. The tcp-ports on the IPCOP firewall are all closed by default. After identifying with IPCUA service, the firewall opens the configured ports for the specific user and his configured time on the calling ip-address. After the time has expired the ports are cloased again. The user is identified by username and a one-time-password based on challenge/response algorithm.

To make the process easier for endusers, this site provides a frontend for different operating systems:

All of these GUI’s needs a local installed java runtime environment (JRE) version 1.4 or higher. The JRE can be downloaded and installed automaticly under www.java.com.

If you have any questions about the IPCUA-Environment feel free to ask the development using the Contactform.
